Our newest batch of London Fashion Week road type photographs have simply landed in my inbox and oh my, what an explosion of color and cartoonery! I like the truth that Londoners use LFW as a possibility to be adventurous, push boundaries and innovate. And as a lady who’s not shy of carrying daring hues myself, I felt proper at house among the many exuberant rainbow tribe.
The London aesthetic – properly, round Brewer Street anyway – indicators as much as the “anything goes” philosophy and our eagle-eyed photographer Alice Burns took to the streets to snap a few of the metropolis’s extra adventurous show-goers and posers (ahem).
From supersized pom-poms and lilac hair braids to frilled cloth rings, elaborate feather crowns and even a geo-pattern gimp masks (and who doesn’t want a type of of their wardrobe) listed here are a number of snaps that take combined media and haberdashery to dizzy heights. Prepare for a color fiesta!
